• Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 2 days with clear photos or vidoes.
• We will offer a refund or replacement.

4. Exchange

• You pay the shipping cost to send the item back.
• We will send the new item after receiving the returned one.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are only for damaged or incorrect items.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Order Cancellation
